Now for a certain amount of analysis.
Vocabulary. The text is, unsurprisingly, jam-packed with sexual and sexually tinged vocabulary; it is, after all, a summary description of a series of man-on-man sexual encounters. So it will draw on affectively neutral or positively-tilted expressions for male body parts and appearance and sexual acts: hard bodies, tight shorts, ripped swimmers’ bodies, hunky studs, opens his legs. And it will freely use everyday street language — cock, dick, hard-on, balls, ass, to fuck (this text has the more colorful jizz instead of cum and lacks to suck only because its so anally focused); plus vocabulary for acts that are specialties of gay porn: three-way, to DP ‘to double-penetrate’). Vocabulary that pretty much comes with the territory.
This text uses asshole ‘anus’ just once, and then moves to ass and hole, both of them briefer and neither of them suggesting an insult, so probably a good move.
But then, as with some types of restaurant menus, this text (like most porn publicity texts) indulges in flights of ornamental language — vividly descriptive, extravagant, hyperbolic:
unleash a fountain (of jizz), creamy (load), to plunder (holes), giant throbbing (cocks), to drain (his balls), raging (hard-on), to ream (a hole), to be balls deep in (someone)
Consider giant throbbing cocks, the concluding phrase, the climax, of the Hot House text. In porn, all cocks are large, but giant is hyperbolic. Meanwhile, throbbing is, strictly speaking, redundant: a cock that isn’t throbbing is a cock that has no blood flowing through; it’s a dead cock. But throbbing cock is in no way pointless or merely repetitive; it foregrounds the throbbing, makes it the point of the phrase. I have talked about throbbing cocks in my day; the four instances of throbbing cock(s) on this blog have three from porn sites, but this one is from my own hand:

Discourse organization. This particular text is unusually formulaic. Each scene description begins with a sentence (or the first clause of a sentence, for scene 5) that names the participants and literally sets the scene. The remainder of the text then tells us who did what to whom, succinctly but with great feeling.
Meanwhile, the scenes as described are exceptionally anally oriented; the participants signal their desire for sex, and then quickly get down to fucking, though with some ass-eating as foreplay in scene 5. Typically, the sexual activity in gay porn has fucking (often in several positions) as its culmination, but with several stages of preparatory sex acts, involving kissing and stroking, maybe other body play, oral sex, and rimming or finger-fucking or both. In longer-form porn, these sexual encounters occur as part of a love story or as episodes in a series of encounters, typically on a journey.
More swim meat porn. The Hot House video is by no means the first gay porn to exploit the sexual pun meat on the event-noun meet. At least these:
