Millon’s website and other sites — tumblr and facebook, for example — are elaborately self-mocking, but from them we can learn that he’s an artist and illustrator from Phoenix AZ, specializing in drawing bears, lemurs, rabbits, and other creatures (but especially bears). Here’s a bilingual punning bear cartoon of his:
