T-shirts

From Elizabeth Daingerfield Zwicky, a present this morning of a mammoth t-shirt (from Threadless):

The name of the shirt: Mammoths were Hippies. Great headband, man.

Cute, though not especially linguistic, but two other recent Threadless shirts have some linguistic points. Especially the one Elizabeth had gotten for herself, a meditation on poetic form:

Hey, it’s 5 + 7 + 5.

Finally, a harkening back to my posting on GMOs and chimeras (with its illustration of a sheep + cauliflower cross), this illustration of Kiwi Anatomy:

Kiwi on the outside, kiwi on the inside. It’s a bird and a fruit.
