Transitory art

Today’s Calvin and Hobbes:

Alas, some art, even great art, is transitory, impermanent. Snowmen, sand castles, patterns in fallen leaves, and much more.

There is something actually named Transitory Art, but not in this sense. Instead it’s a movement providing “art and theory for societies in transition”, with a museum in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and a statement of purpose that is an opaque, headache-inducing fabric of art-theoretic talk,
