It’s all about the moose knuckles.
Moose Knuckle is a slang term that refers to the outline of a human male’s genitals showing through clothes at the crotch. (link)

Some athletic wear lends itself to the display of moose knuckles; the Canadian rowers are pretty much an ordinary example. But one of the Americans, um, stands out. A comment from this man:
This is me and I swear it’s not erect! I don’t know why it ended up in that position but there you go.
Other commenters went on to revel in language play: coining compounds, committing puns, portmanteaus, rhymes, and alliterations, and running through synonyms for penis and erection. A sample:
