I don’t think I’ve mentioned L. Ron Hubbard‘s Grammar and Communication for Children (Effective Education Publishing, 2008) or his How to Use a Dictionary: Picture Book for Children (Effective Education Publishing, 2000) or, most notably, the huge volume The New Grammar (Bridge Publications, 1990). Hubbard died in 1986, by the way.
