Porn hypallage and sex-part conversion

From the 1988 gay porn flick Cruisin’: Men on the Make, in scene 2, dominant man says to his submissive fellator:

You suck good cock.

meaning ‘you suck cock good/well, you’re a good cocksucker’ — that is, with a modifier of one type realized as an adjectival modifier of the direct object. This is a transferred epithet, or hypallage (some discussion here, with some links to earlier postings), related to the hypallage in give good/great/fantastic/… head.

There are lots and lots of hits for suck good cock, for instance in this piece of on-line umliterature:

And in a flash the blankets were on the floor, and he was on my bed, and my dick was being rubbed lovingly against his facial stubble, after which he sucked it all in. Man did this guy suck good cock. (link)

And a fair number for suck great cock, a few for suck amazing cock, and a couple for suck fantastic cock (all in the hypallage interpretation; there are also some hits for various adjectives complimenting cocks rather than blowjobs). And some more for these expressions with dick rather than cock.

In addition to the hypallage in suck good cock, give good head, etc., the base expressions suck cock, give head, etc. are themselves of note, illustrating conversions of C (count) nouns to M (mass) — in a type of conversion I outlined in a Language Log posting on “Zero relationships”:

C>M: sex-part conversion. A C noun denoting a sexual part has a M use denoting this part as a generalized object of lust (“I’m looking for some cunt/pussy/cock/dick/ass”).

(To which we can add expressions like suck cock, eat ass/pussy, give head, fuck ass, and many others.)

In a related development:

One last type [of count-to-mass conversion] is based on a metonymical idiom give head ‘provide oral sex’, but is not itself metonymical:

C>M: give (great/good) N. For instance: “I can still give great lecture”; “You give great interview!”; “He can really give rant”.

Might not C>M sex part conversion be a case of the C>M game animal conversion? i.e. “I want to suck some cock” is parallel to “I want to catch some fish”?
