Another offer (X-rated)

Those of you who have visited Kirjasto Zwicky (my “library condo”) on Staunton Ct. in Palo Alto will probably remember the “X-rated bathroom” (the front bathroom upstairs), which was enlivened by mounted X-rated gay collages hanging on its walls; there were more mounted collages (not quite so racy) in the adjoining study/office. All of this is now being converted into a bedroom, which requires more divestment / divestiture. So another offer, this time of the mounted collages.

We have several dozen collages (by my hand), each about 4×6 (in one orientation or the other), mounted on pressboard (wood, but light), with hardware installed for hanging on a nail.

A huge assortment of my collages can be viewed from the links in the “Collages: gay” Page on this blog (some of the collages there are larger than the 4×6 items on offer, and not all of the 4×6 items were mounted, so the offer is of a sampling of what you can see on that Page.

We’re not equipped to catalogue and display the items separately, so this is once again a bulk offer, a kind of surprise package.

Two examples that happen not to be technically X-rated, but they’re in with other X-rated stuff: an uncaptioned figure study, and a captioned Tom of Finland cartoon:

TO TAKE THE OFFER: send an e-mail request (E-MAIL PLEASE, not by any other method) to both me ( and Kim Darnell (; Kim is handling the actual arrangements for packing and shipping. You must agree to pay shipping expenses, but otherwise there’s no charge.

ADDITIONAL NOTE. On these give-away offers, some people have asked about donations to good causes in lieu of payment for the items offered. I do in fact have a suggestion: a small donation to the Trevor Project. From the project’s site

Founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award-winning short film TREVOR, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.

The donation site is here. You can easily make donations anonymously.
